A feasible positioning plank for a no.2 TV channel

Hi everyone,

I am working with Ogilvy & Mather, India to home in on a feasible 
positioning plank for Raj TV, a Tamil (a regional Indian language) 
satellite TV channel, that is now a distant no.2 when compared to 
the market leader Sun TV. Both channels concerned are free to air.

If anyone has info on where I can locate case-studies of a similar 
nature from around the world, preferably on the Net and free, please 
let me know immediately.
