It sounds to me like you need to subscribe to the SRDS. You can get more
information from:

http://www.srds.com

The SRDS has complete information about all print publications (trade mag.,
consumer mag., and newspaper) with submission guidelines and specs.

I sell for a company that specializes in agency support services. We have
the largest photography studio in the southwest United States (both digital
and conventional). We also have a complete digital imaging department for
scanning, color correction, film output, proofing, multimedia presentation
and website development.
