I hope you get another answer, but as a rule, data which is 

commercially created to sell for big bucks is not somewhere 

free on the  internet. ARBitron and Nielsen ratings, CMR 
data, PRISM, MRI, etc, fit this mold.

Often samplings of their data, very top line, are posted, 
as is the case at AMIC's 
http://www.amic.com/amic_mem/scoreboard/index.html 
"Rates, Dates and Data" area.

Ad Age publishes these industry toplines annually, but I 
don't think it's accessible in their on line archive, 
probably because it comes from one of the collectible 
issues which are the reasons people buy subscriptions.
