I am in charge of media planning at Elektra, wich is the largest home
appliances and electronics ratailer in Mexico, with operation in Honduras,
Guatemala, Peru, Salvador and Dominicana.

There are major differences in every Latin Amerca country, you will need
someone specialized in each country to handle the media operation (planning
and buying). The lack of information (ratings, rates, coverages, etc) is a
big problem.
