I think the answer is yes to all of your questions.  An existing customer is 
more likely to remain and increase their budget, because they now have the 
opportunity to expand their exposure through other vehicles at a discount, 
because they are an existing "preferred" customer.  New advertisers will be 
lured with the value added and cross promotional opportunities.  A customer 
might spend less with the competition as a result of spending more with you, 
thus making other large media companies take a closer look at consolidation.
